This apple wood smoked whiskey is carefully handcrafted and aged  in at the Iron Smoke small batch distillery in Fairport, NY.  Uses locally sourced grains and water from the Finger Lakes. Apple wood smoked wheat. Aged a minimum of 8 years in New American white oak triple charred barrels.
