Branchwater is an integrated, multiuse farm distillery in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Their spirits are made in collaboration with Austrian master distiller Hans Reiselbauer using custom designed copper pot stills. Each crafted bottle reflects a shared commitment to quality, tradition, and a respect for the land that sustains us. Branchwater Pear Brandy, made from Bartlett Pears grown in the Hudson Valley expresses the essence of a perfectly ripe pear.
