This Crozes-Hermitage from Domaine des Lises has an aromatic expression with black ripened fruit followed by notes of black olive, with some resinous undertones. Crunchy and complex in the front of the palate, followed by blackberry, licorice and black pepper with cedar in the background. 100% Syrah. Organic. Aged in used DRC barrels!
