A Rosé wine from Côtes du Roussillon, Languedoc-Roussillon, France. Made from Mourvedre, Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc. Light to medium pink and copper-tinged in the glass, it offers up scents of melon and peach, with hints of strawberry as well. Medium-bodied, it's round and silky in the mouth, showing ample concentration and length on the citrus-tinged finish. Elegant. Organically farmed.
