A clear and bright tequila with a bluish tinge.
As a result of the slow cooking of the agave, it has an aroma of green apple, fruits and citrus notes. It shows a smooth herbal flavor with fine citric touches. The cooked and caramelized agave is evident, with  a rich blend of fruit flavors on the palate and a very pleasant long lasting finish.
