Made from 100% Prosecco grapes, this sparkling wine started its life on the sun-drenched hills of north Treviso. After harvesting, these white grapes are first chilled, then given a cool, temperature-controlled ferment in stainless steel tanks. Keeping everything cool during the first stages of production work to preserve the freshness and delicate flavours of the grapes before the bottling process begins. With tiny bubbles that add a certain creaminess, this sparkling wine is packed full of fresh peach and apple flavour, crisp citrus and a gentle mineral tang. Perfect chilled, either on its own or as an aperitif at the start of a meal. Or to add a little sparkle to special occasions!
