An outstanding 100% Aligoté White Burgundy from 60 year old vines growing just adjacent to Puligny-Montrachet! The wine is bottled at Château de Laborde, a castle that dates back to 1700.  This Aligoté is light golden yellow with green hints, and has an aromatic nose of white fruit and flowers. It's crisp and fresh with a clean minerality on the finish. Use of cold fermentation and aged in stainless steel.
