Aged for nine months in French barriques, the wine offers notes of cherry, chervil and thyme, backed by lovely freshness and balance. This is an ideal everyday sipper, approachable with soft tannins and intense fruit flavor, and silky texture with great length. Great as an aperitif or with savoury tomato or mushroom based dishes, salmon, red meat or pasta. Also delicious chilled.
