To achieve this white oak colored liquor, Abadía da Cova adds a milk base to the distillates, which is seasoned with their particular recipe and macerated until it is at the optimum point. Bright and dense. Intense on the nose, sweet and with some hints of vanilla, cinnamon and toffee. On the palate it's wide and silky and very soft, with notes of fine pastries.
