Branchwater is an integrated,  100 acre multi-use farm in the heart of the Hudson Valley, in nearby Milan, NY, yielding the highest quality products from heirloom grains. Organic farm grown wheat is triple distilled along with certified organic juniper, citrus and cardamom. The gin is pristine with clear edged boundaries between the flavor mix that are centered around a rich malty core. In some ways this is textbook gin, but the almost fanatical level of care and attention that went into making it including growing the grains elevate it to a higher level that you can taste.
