Made in the state of Chihuahua, in northern Mexico. This is a blend of Dasyllirion sub-varietals, or Sotol "ensemble". Quite mild when compared to a typical mescal, it is very aromatic, floral and has a cooked agave sweetness. Offers a dry minerality, earth, wood and dark chocolate.
