With a deep purple color, this wine offers a powerful nose with notes of ripe red fruits and vanilla. Rich and full-bodied, it is supported by velvety tannins. Sumptuous, sustainable.
About the producer:
Built in the 17th century, Château Bellevue has been owned by the Ponton d’Amecourt family since 1973. Interestingly, in 1861, their ancestor Gustave invented the helicopter.
The wines, vinified by Daniel Sore, Master Chai, take advantage of the know-how of the men of art and the latest techniques of winemaking: Chai at Château Bellevue mechanical harvests at the top of maturation of berries and seeds, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentations in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, pneumatic pressing, malo-lactic fermentation in an epoxidized concrete chest, successive racking to limit as much as possible the filtrations on the wines of drop and to favor the material.
