The 2023  Grignolino d’Asti is a diverting, light-bodied yet textured wine. It shows a translucent ruby color in the glass.  There are crushed flowers and fresh strawberry notes on the nose. A spicy  grip on the palate.  Can be served chilled. A perfect accompaniment to pecorino cheese and prosciutto.  Best consumed in the open countryside.
