Blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada and 15% Xarel-lo, pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruit with a mineral tang, light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of apple and citrus with slight biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a toasty citrus mineral character.
