Single malt Irish whiskey tripple distilled  in pot stills at Bushmill's distillery. Orange hard candy develops into candied orange peel, before giving way to cooked stone-fruit flavors: apricot frangipane tart and peach cobbler. These rich complex notes are dusted with dry spices - cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon - which gradually reveal themselves.
