Appearing in the glass a dark ruby color with purple highlights.  An open nose with  blackberries, raspberries and vanilla on a finely wooded background. Quite fresh, supple and round in the mouth. A lively and structured wine, with good tannins. A little bit of a tart finish. This is a serious Burgundy for the price.
