Uvaggio Rosso is a blend of native and traditional red grapes: 40% merlot, 40% cabernet sauvignon, 10% ariarnoa, 10% cabernet cortis. This wine is made using biodynamic farming practices. It sees two to three years in used wood cask and amphora, followed by 18 months in bottle. A serious wine.
