Just when you thought you had figured it out, this Sake surprise.  Watermelon, blueberry and peach come rushing up at you in glistening smooth jello-feeling wave.  Brewed with Yume no Kaori rice milled to 66%, this sake drinks clean yet rich, plump yet spare.  Will nicely  accompany rich both rich and delicate fare.  From lemon buttered lobster to a hot crackling rice.
