This Rhone style white blend of Marsanne and Roussanne grapes from famed winemaker Joey Tensley in California's Santa Barbara County is fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral barrels for six months. The malolactic fermentation adds a light butteryness, but not as much as a chardonnay. Light and pleasant flavors of mellon and yellow fruit, with a nice balance between acid and richness.
