A delicious Tannat from Viñedo de los Vientos, from grapes in a small vineyard planted in 1993, just above sea level in the Canelones region of Uruguay. Hand harvested, fully destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast in tank, which lasted 7 days, then aged for 9 months in stainless steel tank. No sulfur added, sustainable.
Fruity aromas lead to notes of plum, cassis, and blackberry on the palate. Textured and
mineraly with a finish filled with soft flavors of rose petal and cherry.
