Native yeast fermented 80% Muller-Thurgau & 20% Silvaner. Unfined, unfiltered. Aged on the lees for seven weeks in stainless steel tanks.  Brings a clean, dry and refreshing taste of pear and grapefruit, with a little bit of spice in the finish.
