A refreshing drink made with the re-hydrated skins of skin-fermented Viognier from California, from a hillside vineyard with rocky volcanic soils. Their fast draining in combination with the high winds and afternoon sun exposure leads to incredibly thick and flavorful skins – perfect piquette material!
Intense apricot and honey notes with hints of cereal (freshly malted grains) on the finish. It’s surprisingly light and crisp on the palate and very easy-drinking, with only 7% ABV. Organically farmed.
