Letiz is one of the finest producers in Germany. Focused on farming as sustainably as possible and working by hand, the grueling hours of labor on the ultra-steep slopes allow these ancient vineyards to reach their maximum potential.
This direct-to-press rosé is made from 100% destemmed pinot noir. The grapes macerate for three hours before they are pressed. Afterward, the juice is transferred to stainless steel where it undergoes a long, cool alcoholic fermentation. This wine exudes cool, fresh fruit and lean minerality.
